Introduction
You’ve seen in the previous pages how the house looks today, but it didn’t always look like this. It’s had a few previous incarnations down through the years (and generations), but you can see from this photo below dated sometime around the mid 70’s of how it was previously.
In about 1981 we moved out of this house to another one about a mile away, which was a little bit bigger, since there was more of us arriving! Subsquently the house fell into disrepair after being left uninhabited for so long.
There was a lovely garden to the front (still is) and a vegetable patch to the back.
Theres also some huge apple, sycamore, and horse chestnut trees dotted around the house and garden too.
